DishMan Service was founded by Ben Simcox, who quite literally grew up in the dish machine business. Ben’s father spent more than 50 years serving restaurants, and from the time Ben was nine years old he was already helping out—sorting parts, stamping invoices, pouring pot soap, and riding along to visit restaurant owners.
Those early years taught Ben something important: restaurants run on relationships and trust.
Today, DishMan Service continues that tradition by partnering with independently owned restaurants across the Lowcountry and Coastal Georgia. We provide reliable commercial dish machines, professional cleaning chemicals, and hands-on service so restaurant owners can focus on running their businesses instead of worrying about sanitation systems.
